Set Sail for Adventure: Living on a Pirate Ship in The Maldives – A Unique Island Experience

The Ship 

Back to the ship! Everyone stayed on board this staffed ship. I shared a room with another roommate but for extra money you could get your own room. Some people had bunks but I was lucky and we had 2 beds beside each other. I've included a room tour in this YouTube video.

we only moved the ship 3 times- only 2 of which we were onboard. Upon arrival, we moved the ship from Male atoll to South Ari Atoll, a VERY rocky ride. Be prepared for seasickness if you're going towards the monsoon season (May, June, July). Then, we anchored the ship inside the atoll by Lux resort for the whole week. Then, the ship moved without us on it to close to Dhanghetti Island. Finally, the ship crossed back into the Male atoll and we had great weather. 
On the daily, we took the Dhoni out to survey the reef.

Also, we ate all our meals outside and they were prepared for us :)
