I can't even believe this is in Miami! Originally built in Spain and then SHIPPED to Miami Florida, The Ancient Spanish Monastery is one of the coolest places I've ever been. 

My first hurricane in Miami! Except it didn’t even hit Miami… We got lots of a rain, a couple tornado warnings, and some wind here and there. Puddles are everywhere. That’s it.

Most definitely the best decision I've ever made and I have never been so happy in my whole life. After 18 long years of feeling out of place in Georgia, I decided it was time for a change and I took a leap of faith and moved to Miami. I know nobody here, but so far it's been nothing but the best. 

To us, Grayton Beach served as this place of relaxation and a getaway from some of the craziness happening in Seaside. Seaside is always crowded and the beaches along the area are covered with people on spring break (it's usually more relaxed in summer). Honestly, Grayton Beach was fantastic.

Located in the Prominence in 30A Florida, our cute rental house was right across the street from a popular eating place called The Hub. It was a good size, very clean, and updated home. Everything was very comfortable and well decorated. The house had 3 bedrooms with 2 and a half baths.  

What an experience! The drive from Georgia to the panhandle Florida was really easy and much needed! Here’s some ins and outs of taking a road trip by yourself or with a friend for the first time!

This is probably one of the largest condos I have stayed in and definitely the nicest in the area for those with a reasonable budget. Read more and I will tell you the story of the housing situation within our area, and neighboring areas around Cinnamon Beach. The place was a nice, relaxing, and quiet getaway. 

Spring break called for another trip to Seaside/Rosemary Beach! I had a blast even though the water was a bit chilly and I did a lot of different things than the first time I visited.
